The FMU-1 product is a tensiometric system that is useful to keep the tension of the rolled or unrolled material constant and to measure in order to avoid product breakages and machine jams with consequent production stops. This tool is particularly useful during the production of paper but it has been designed to meet any other application requirement: steel tape equipment, conveyors for mines, felts, dryers, calenders, painters and laminators, winders and rewinders.

The PST product is a tensiometric system that is useful to keep the tension of the rolled or unrolled material constant and to measure in order to avoid product breakages and machine jams with consequent production stops. PST, compact and robust, is insensitive to the thermal expansion of the diverter roller and to the lateral load forces. In particular it is ideal for the steel industry. The PST tensiometric system is equipped with 4 cables 5 meters long for electrical connections.

The HTU product is a tensiometric system suitable for working in extreme conditions where very high temperatures are regularly reached. This weighing system has been tested. Furthermore, the calibration of HTU is set up directly at the workplace to guarantee minimum start-up time.

KIP-1

The KIP-1 product is a BLH NOBEL off-center tensiometric system used to avoid product breakage and machine jams with consequent production stops. Off-center load cells find many applications, for example in textile machines, converting, plastic films and winders. KIP-1 guarantees a high torsion resistance against torque forces and overload and it is easy to install.

DAT 1400

The DAT 1400 weight transmitter has a mechanical keyboard, removable screw terminal blocks and a peak hold function for dynamic measures. It has the ability to integrate different options based on customer needs. For example, among the options there are the analog input which can be in tension or electrical and the RS485 connection to external smart junction box. The Software Optimation is given for free. This Software allows you to run certain activities such as calibration or monitoring directly from your computer. The Optimation software is provided by Pavone Systems and guarantees a perfect instrument run.

AST 3P

AST 3P

The weight transmitter AST 3P is a BLH NOBEL weighing instrument that guarantees high performance. It has been designed for applications with strain gage transducers that can convert the output of connected load cells into a very stable signal suitable for PC or PLC. The set up procedure and the calibration of the AST 3P BLH NOBEL weighing instrument are easy to set up. ART 3P may also have 2 digital inputs as optionals (24 Vdc/ac 6mA).
