The ATEX MC 315 weight indicator, designed and manufactured by Pavone Weighing Systems in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU and in compliance with EN 60079-0:2018, EN 60079-11:2012, EN 60079-26:2015, is a weighing instrument with ATEX certification that can be used in environments with potentially explosive atmospheres, particularly in zones ATEX 1, 21 and in zones ATEX 2, 22 (1 and 2 for gases, 21 and 22 for dust). The low energy used by the weight indicator is not sufficient to trigger explosions neither with electrical sparks nor with excessive temperatures (class T4), thus making the use of the ATEX MC 315 weight indicator safe in areas with risk of explosion. The fiber optic connection of the ATEX MC 315 weight indicator allows the necessary information to be brought to the safe area without Zener barriers to obtain the voltage or current analogue output via the S318 interface. As an alternative to the RS232 and RS485 ports, Pavone Weighing Systems provides the following Fieldbuses: Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet IP, Ethercat.
The DDR double shear beam load cell made of stainless steel and with fully welded hermetic seal, is suitable for weighing tanks and silos and has a 12 m shielded 6-conductor cable for electrical connection. The DDR cell is easy to install and has a high linearity and low mechanical profile. Furthermore, it is also available in a high temperature version and can be customized.
The PRR double shear beam load cell, made of stainless steel with watertight protection, has a low profile and is perfect for working in hostile environments and heavy industries, such as the steel industry. It is insensitive to side loads, resistant to overloads up to 500%, has excellent linearity and precision characteristics and has a 6-pole connector for the electrical connection. The PRR load cell can be customized according to customer needs, for example the temperature is compensated up to 120 ° C but it is possible to request a cell for higher temperatures.
The PSPRX pin load cell is made of stainless steel and offers maximum resistance to impacts and overloads. The operation of the PSPRX load cell is double-ended shear beam. The PSPRX cell is insensitive to side loads and it has been designed for shooting, weighing or anti-overhead systems for overhead cranes. The PSPRX pin load cell can be customized and it has a "high temperature" version.
The BLH NOBEL KIS 1 load cell is extremely precise and robust and it is resistant to very high lateral forces. The KIS 1 cell is easy to install and has a moveble loading point and a 10 meter 4-wire shielded cable. KIS 1 load cell has a wide range of application: large silos and scrap baskets, reactors and mixers, conveyor belts and high capacity force measurement systems. KIS 1 load cell is also available in ATEX version certified for use in explosive atmospheres.
The BLH NOBEL KIS 2 load cell is extremely precise and robust and it is resistant to very high lateral forces. The KIS 2 cell is easy to install, it has a moveble loading point and 5 meter 4-wire shielded cable. The BH NOBEL KIS 2 load cell can be used for weighing for dosing, mixing and melting systems, for weighing for reactors and conveyor belts, for complex weighing processes and for accurate force misalignment systems.

The KIS 3 cell is easy to install and has a moveble loading point and 5 meter 4-wire shielded cables.The BHL NOBEL KIS 3 has a wide range of application: dosing, mixing and melting systems, complex weighing processes, reactors, weighing of high-value components and accurate force measurement systems.
The CMH compression load cell is made of steel and it guarantees precision, strength and maximum resistance to impacts and overloads. The CMH cell has been specially designed for the industrial weighing of tanks, silos, tanks, tanks and ladles and it is used mainly in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and steel industries. The product CMH can be customized according to customer needs, for example the compensated temperature range can be extended to -10 ÷ + 90 ° C.
